Saturday, May 18th, 4:00pm - 5:00pm in Salon A/B: “Managing a creative career with mental illness”

For all the stressed importance of self care for writers there is relatively little conversation about building a long-term writing career while managing a mental health concern like anxiety disorder or depression. When 'do yoga' and 'get exercise' are not enough, what ways can writers build a satisfying career while caring for neuroatypical needs? What long term structures and support are helpful?
